QUALITY LOGO
include all versions of your logo in the best quality possible
formats: .ai / .esp / .pdf / .svg
do not submit .jpeg
tip: your logo represents your brand. perfect it before conquering the rest
PAST PROJECTS
only past + finished projects (no "upcoming" releases)
include artist collabs, awards + chart rankings
tip: if options are slim, highlight your schooling + strongest talents
PRESS PICTURES
5 or more high resolution photos (professional quality)
2 showing your face with the rest live action shots
tip: the more options the better. we don't need to use everything.
NAME + SHORT BIO
explain your vibe while keeping it short + super simple
highlight your goals + why you love creating
tip: treat this as a "cover letter" rather than a "life story"
PAST VENUES
list all venues where you have performed (name/city)
list event titles if not venue is specified (festivals, etc.)
tip: include supporting event flyers with your name featured

describe your preferred performance equipment
request anything to sweeten your side of the deal
tip: nobody likes a diva but proper artist relations will put effort if you ask!

Submitting files: collect any/all brand assets into a single web based shared folder.
Submitting info: organize all text information into a single web based shared document.
Web based apps (dropbox, google drive/docs, etc.) will allow us to update + share files in real time. Please refrain from sending scattered email attachments.
